Scott Rodgville, CPA, CGMA, is the Office Managing Partner of Sorren’s Maryland offices and brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience serving employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, real estate companies, and closely held businesses. His expertise includes Taft-Hartley and 401(k) profit-sharing plans, financial statement audits, accounting advisory, and strategic client consulting. Scott is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their financial operations while fostering long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and practical business advice.
As a leader within the firm, Scott is committed to developing high-performing teams and creating an environment where both clients and employees can succeed. He works closely with business owners, executive leadership, and governing boards to address complex financial reporting requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational challenges. Scott believes the strongest client relationships are built through collaboration and proactive communication, allowing organizations to make confident decisions that support sustainable growth.
Scott is equally committed to serving his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore Area Council of Scouting America, is Treasurer of the Education Foundation for Baltimore County Public Schools, previously served as Chair of the BrightFocus Foundation, and continues to support Paul’s Place, Inc. as a member of its Finance Committee.
