Heath brings nearly 15 years of experience from a top accounting firm, where he led multidisciplinary teams, developed industry verticals, and implemented firm-wide healthy growth strategies. Prior to joining Sorren, he was a director at Upstream Academy, advising firms across the U.S. and Canada on leadership, strategy, and sustainable growth.
Known for his ability to bring people together, challenge assumptions, and inspire progress, Heath is a trusted advisor, coach, and speaker. Raised in a small town and shaped by his family’s business, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset and values-driven approach to everything he does.
Outside of his professional work, Heath and his wife, Emily, enjoy supporting their two children and living out their shared commitment to faith, family, and purpose.
