Windi Martin is the Office Leader for Sorren’s Treasure Valley offices. With a career spanning more than three decades, Windi brings significant expertise in financial reporting, audit leadership, and advising clients through complex transactions and transformations. Prior to joining KDP in 2021, Windi served as a senior audit partner at Ernst & Young, where she led high-impact engagements for public and private companies, including initial public offerings (IPOs), business combinations, capital raises, and restructurings. Her background also includes experience in the industry as SEC Financial Reporting Manager for Homegrocer.com, where she played a key role in the company’s IPO and capital strategy. At Sorren, Windi oversees audits, reviews, and attestation services for clients across various industries, including technology, consumer products, health sciences, manufacturing, and agriculture. She collaborates closely across service lines to deliver a seamless, strategic experience for clients, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to every engagement.

Outside of the office, Windi enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters at their cabin in Central Oregon. Now based in Boise, she and her family are enjoying getting to know all that the Gem State has to offer.
