Our History

Sorren’s presence in St. Petersburg is the result of decades of growth, legacy, and collaboration. It all began in 1971 with the founding of Spence Marston Bunch & Morris, followed closely by the creation of Spoor & Associates in 1974. Both family-oriented firms grounded in client care and professional excellence. Over time, these two firms merged in 2016 to form SBF, later joined by respected peers like Strawn Marshall in 2018, Dwight Darby in 2021, and Westbay CPAs in 2023. With over 50 years of continuous evolution and shared values, our St. Petersburg team offers the kind of depth, stability, and personalized service that only comes with history.
