Our History

The Medford office has long served as a hub of regional accounting excellence. Originally launched in 1976 through the acquisition of Deloitte’s Medford office, the firm evolved into Kosmatka Donnelly & Co. and later KDP. In 2024, KDP merged with Price Fronk & Co., joining forces to create a dynamic, growth-focused practice with deep local roots and a wide regional footprint. Together, these teams brought decades of experience and complementary strengths, solidifying Medford as a cornerstone office within Sorren.
