Aaron Michael is a Partner at Sorren with more than 20 years of experience in tax, specializing in the complex rules and regulations of partnership taxation. Throughout his career, he has served clients across the healthcare, real estate, and alternative investment industries, helping businesses and investors navigate evolving tax requirements, maintain appropriate compliance, and evaluate tax-efficient structures and strategies.

Today, Aaron’s practice is primarily focused on sophisticated healthcare and real estate organizations, including nursing home operators and multi-family real estate investments. He works closely with clients on complex partnership tax matters, providing guidance on reporting requirements, entity and investment structures, and tax considerations that arise as businesses and investment portfolios grow and evolve.

Aaron is passionate about making complicated partnership tax issues more manageable for his clients. He takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping organizations understand how changing tax rules affect their operations and investments, with an emphasis on accurate reporting, thoughtful planning, and strategies designed to support their broader business objectives.
