Amy Fasti is the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Sorren, where she plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s long-term vision through firm-wide strategic planning, global alignment, and operational integration. With over two decades of experience in private equity-backed companies, Amy brings deep expertise in scaling complex organizations, driving sustainable growth, and building the infrastructure necessary to support evolving client needs.

Before joining Sorren, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations & Integration at Spark Dental Management, where she led enterprise-level initiatives across a multi-site healthcare platform. There, she played a key role in guiding mergers and acquisitions, developing scalable operational systems, and aligning revenue cycle and support functions to achieve improved financial and clinical outcomes. Amy is known for building high-performing teams and scalable infrastructures while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality, cultural alignment, and sustainable progress. She has a proven ability to lead through change, drive innovation across departments, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Amy joined Sorren in 2024 with Harris and quickly became an integral part of the national leadership. At Sorren, Amy leads Strategy & Planning, focusing on global expansion, organizational integration, and high-impact special projects. She works closely with Sorren’s executive team to identify strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans that improve quality, performance, and long-term value across the firm. Her approach blends visionary thinking with operational rigor, making her a key driver of Sorren’s national growth and integration strategy.

Outside of her professional work, Amy enjoys exploring new places with her family. She is passionate about building strong foundations—whether in business, community, or life.
