Bradley Kussow is the Director of Transactional Services at Sorren, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership across public accounting, private industry, investment banking, and consulting. He specializes in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and working capital analysis. Brad works closely with business owners, senior executives, and private equity firms to assess risk, clarify strategic goals, and unlock value throughout the M&A lifecycle. Known for his analytical mindset and hands-on approach, he tailors each engagement to the unique needs of the client, delivering confidential, high-impact insights in a cost-effective and efficient manner. With a global perspective and proven experience managing cross-border deals, Brad has led projects across Europe, Asia, Mexico, and South America. Earlier in his career, he spent two years in Torino, Italy as a senior manager with a Big Four accounting firm. His background also includes CFO and strategic finance roles, giving him a well-rounded view of what drives business performance and transaction success.

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, Brad is active in his community as a youth coach for football, basketball, and baseball.
