Chandrabali Basu is the Managing Director of Offshore Operations at Sorren. She leads the team with a focus on collaboration, supporting onboarding, workflow coordination, and operational success for user firms across the Sorren network. With a strong background in tax and team leadership, Chandra brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to service and collaboration. Chandra is recognized for fostering strong cross-border relationships and building high-performing teams that consistently deliver quality results. She takes pride in bridging firm cultures and helping teams align around shared goals.

She is an active member of the Houston business community and is passionate about mentoring and supporting women in accounting and leadership. Outside of work, Chandra enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
