With more than 20 years of experience, he provides valuation consulting, economic damages analysis, expert testimony, and buy- and sell-side transaction support for clients across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, finance and insurance, retail, wholesale trade, hospitality, technology, and professional services. Chuck helps attorneys, business owners, executives, and other stakeholders understand complex financial issues and make informed decisions in high-stakes situations.
Throughout his career, Chuck has authored or contributed to hundreds of valuation and expert witness reports and has provided both deposition and trial testimony. He is particularly skilled at gathering and interpreting information from varied sources, developing sophisticated financial models, and translating technical findings into clear, defensible conclusions. His experience includes business valuation, bankruptcy analysis, economic damages calculations, and transaction-related advisory services. Clients value his analytical rigor, practical judgment, and ability to communicate complicated financial information clearly and persuasively.
Chuck also contributes his expertise to the Maryland Industrial Partnerships program at the University of Maryland, where he provides pro bono economic evaluation services. The program supports technology commercialization through collaborative research and development projects between Maryland companies and universities, allowing Chuck to apply his experience in support of innovation and regional economic growth.
