He began his career at a large public accounting firm, where he gained experience in auditing and due diligence assignments, including work with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). He later joined a Houston-based federal savings bank, where he managed budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and interest margin analysis. For over twenty-five years, Dan has focused his practice on M&A advisory, valuation, and financial consulting. He has led and executed projects across investment banking firms, private equity groups, and CPA firms, providing support on transactions, valuations, and litigation matters.
