Darsi Casey, CPA, CFE

Darsi Casey is a Partner at Sorren Inc., based in Carson City and Reno, Nevada, where she focuses on tax planning and advisory services for entrepreneurial clients, complex real estate, and partnership structures. With deep experience in real estate partnership taxation and consulting, Darsi works closely with clients who often own multiple businesses and entities across industries and value real-time insight. She supports organizations ranging from roughly $2 million to $20 million in revenue (and beyond), including multi-state and global operations, helping them navigate complexity, stay proactive, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Darsi is known for helping clients break down complex tax problems and build creative, tax-advantaged strategies that support both business goals and long-term legacy planning. One example is advising a multi-entity family group spanning dozens of entities on strategies to transition assets to the next generation through a blend of estate planning, gifting, trust structuring, and partnership tax consulting. Darsi takes pride in guiding clients through the “messy middle,” helping them organize decades of information and create a clear path forward, especially in situations where families are land-rich and cash-poor. She also emphasizes proactive planning throughout the year as clients face rapid change, AI-driven disruption, and increasing information overload.
