David Harper is the National Advisory Managing Partner at Sorren, with deep expertise in business valuation, forensic accounting, and transaction advisory solutions. He has performed hundreds of valuations of closely held business interests across a wide range of industries and frequently advises owners on positioning their companies for sale. David also provides litigation support and consulting services and is qualified as an expert witness in business valuation and forensic accounting. He has worked with more than 100 law firms and is a frequent presenter at universities, business forums, and professional conferences. David holds multiple advanced credentials and is trained in collaborative practice as a financial neutral, serving as a collaborative practice trainer. In 2013, David founded Westbay CPAs, a firm focused on valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support. Westbay merged with SBF in 2023, before becoming part of Sorren.

He and his wife, Laurie, live in Florida with their four children.
