Edward Golden, CPA

Edward Golden is a Partner at Sorren Inc. Based in the Raleigh office, he joined legacy firm Williams Overman Pierce in 2007, focusing on providing consulting and tax solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Ed’s experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as offering specialized tax guidance to trustees managing bankruptcy cases. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, auto dealerships, and professional services. Ed also spent more than seven years with a firm in New York that specialized in tax and accounting solutions for closely held businesses. His dual licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and North Carolina allows him to serve clients with complex, multi-state needs.

Outside the office, Ed enjoys spending meaningful time with his wife and two daughters.
