Eric Ryan is a Partner at Sorren with over four decades of experience advising clients in real estate, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth families. Since beginning his career in public accounting in 1977, Eric has developed deep expertise in estate planning, succession strategy, and transaction structuring. He also holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS℠) designation through the AICPA, further enhancing his ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions. Eric works closely with developers and investors, privately held businesses, and multigenerational families, offering practical solutions that span from tax optimization to preparing the next generation through family meetings and legacy planning. He values building long-term client relationships and takes pride in serving as a trusted advisor throughout life’s financial milestones.

Eric is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Colorado Springs, the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Ambassadors, and the Reach Your Peak Scholarship Advisory Board. He formerly served as chairman of the Foundation for Colorado Springs’ Future and as a member of the Audit and Ethics Committee for the United States Anti-Doping Agency. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time outdoors in Colorado.
