Jacy’s experience spans the full audit lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, and engagement execution, as well as coordinating with global teams to drive quality and efficiency. She is known for her ability to translate complex accounting guidance into clear, practical solutions. Jacy is particularly valued for her relationship-driven approach, building trust with clients, asking thoughtful questions, and providing actionable insights that help organizations address risk and adapt to evolving challenges. She has supported clients through complex transitions, including the implementation of new accounting standards such as ASC 842, where she helped develop structured, repeatable processes to ensure long-term compliance.
Jacy is passionate about mentoring and developing others, carrying forward the influence of strong mentors in her own career. She is also an active volunteer with We Don’t Waste, a Denver-based nonprofit focused on reducing food waste and improving access to nutritious food in underserved communities. Originally from Midland, Texas, Jacy now calls Colorado home and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Outside of work, she can often be found paddleboarding at Chatfield Reservoir or exploring new destinations, Costa Rica among her favorites.
