He has extensive experience in the real estate and ultra-high net worth sectors, offering insights that support both tax-saving strategies and informed decision-making. Jason’s real estate experience touches most segments of the industry, including land acquisition, development, investment, brokerage, property management, and construction. His clients utilize various capital sources, including traditional debt and equity financing, private funding from family offices, or sponsorship by REITs or other institutional equity. Additionally, his real estate clients encompass a wide range of core property types, including multifamily, storage, industrial, office, retail, single-family, and farm and ranch properties.
