Jim Hickey is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sorren, where he leads people strategy, cultural integration, and HR transformation across our rapidly growing, multi-location organization. With deep expertise in aligning talent, technology, and business strategy, Jim plays a key role in building a connected and values-driven employee experience, particularly during periods of significant growth and acquisition.
Before joining Sorren, Jim held executive leadership roles at Oracle Corporation as Vice President of Human Capital Management and at Blue Cross of Idaho as Chief Administrative Officer. His earlier career includes senior HR roles at Cardinal Health and Nationwide Insurance, where he developed a reputation for building high-performing teams and guiding organizations through complex change. Throughout his career, Jim has been recognized as a dynamic and inclusive leader, as well as a strategic change agent. He has led large-scale organizational transformations, driven performance through culture and leadership development, and consistently delivered results by putting people at the center of business success.
