Julie is the National Human Capital Advisory Managing Partner at Sorren, where she leads the firm’s human capital advisory practice. She sets the strategic direction, drives growth, and oversees the delivery of services that help organizations align people, culture, and operating models with business strategy. Partnering with CEOs and executive teams, Julie translates organizational priorities into practical talent and workforce solutions—strengthening leadership, improving the employee experience, and building capabilities that accelerate performance and enterprise value.
With more than 25 years of experience across professional services, financial services, manufacturing and distribution, and complex multi-location organizations, Julie brings a blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and practical execution. She has led enterprise HR strategy, culture transformation, and large-scale M&A—guiding organizations through growth, integration, and change. Julie is known for creating clarity in complex situations, aligning leaders and stakeholders, and building scalable people strategies. Her experience includes building high-performing HR functions from the ground up and repositioning HR as a strategic, consultative partner that delivers measurable business outcomes.
Julie is passionate about developing leaders and creating environments where trust, accountability, and performance thrive. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has served in leadership roles across community and professional organizations, including Harmony House, CASA, and the Springfield Area Human Resources Association. Outside of client work, she remains committed to initiatives that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for individuals to grow and succeed.
