Kathy Condon is a Principal at Sorren, bringing more than four decades of experience in public accounting. Kathy advises clients across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in estate and trust taxation, retail operations, and closely held businesses. She provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to individuals and businesses, with a focus on helping clients preserve wealth, navigate complex transitions, and make informed financial decisions. A longtime advisor and former partner of Strawn, Marshall, Cunningham, Condon & Sweat, PA, Kathy is recognized for her in-depth technical knowledge and compassionate approach, particularly in estate and trust matters where financial decisions often intersect with family dynamics. Whether guiding a family through succession planning or helping a business owner minimize their tax burden, Kathy values building long-term relationships based on trust and clarity. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg.
