Krystle Nelson is the Director of Integration at Sorren, where she leads firmwide initiatives focused on optimizing technology, improving processes, and supporting successful team integration. Known for her problem-solving mindset and people-first leadership, Krystle plays a key role in aligning operational tools and training with the evolving needs of both clients and internal teams. Krystle began her career in public accounting in 2009 and has steadily grown into a leadership role through her dedication to innovation and mentoring. Wolters Kluwer recognized her as an Emerging Leader, an honor that connected her with fellow forward-thinking professionals at the national CCH User Conference. In addition to overseeing integration efforts, Krystle has years of experience supporting small business clients with tax and accounting services, as well as mentoring junior staff.

Outside of the office, Krystle enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Together, they enjoy camping and exploring new places across the country.
