She serves as a trusted primary point of contact for both attest and tax matters, supporting client groups with comprehensive audit, advisory, and client accounting services (CAS). Leslie’s tax expertise centers on complex, multi-tier, and multi-state filings for medium-sized partnerships, closely held corporations, trusts, estates, and individuals. Helping clients navigate reporting requirements with clarity and confidence.
Throughout her career, Leslie has worked across a wide range of industries, including employee benefit plans, aviation, manufacturing, government, and nonprofit organizations. She has supported clients through four major M&A transactions totaling more than $100 million and is especially experienced in auditing employee benefit plans. Known for her steady approach and continuous improvement mindset, Leslie also played a key role in firm technology transitions and software implementations, helping strengthen operational efficiency and client service. One of her most meaningful accomplishments has been advising a long-term client group as they transitioned from employees to business owners, guiding them through the purchase, growth, and eventual successful sale of the business.
Originally from Carson City, Leslie values building genuine partnerships with clients and supporting them as they create and grow their legacies. Outside of work, she enjoys off-road motorsports, camping, and fishing. Whether freshwater, saltwater, or fly-fishing and has fished across the western U.S., Alaska, and Mexico. She also enjoys planning a trip each year and hopes to travel even more in the future.
