Lisa Gilreath is a Partner in Sorren’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice, based in North Georgia. With experience spanning corporate accounting, technology implementation, and outsourced accounting, Lisa helps businesses strengthen their financial operations through practical approaches that bring together people, processes, and technology. She also helps lead the continued growth of Sorren’s CAS services, with a focus on developing scalable solutions that support both clients and teams.
Lisa began her career in corporate accounting with public healthcare companies before transitioning into technology, where she led mid-market software implementations for startup software companies. In 2015, she joined Acuity and went on to serve in several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, helping build and scale the firm’s outsourced accounting practice. Lisa draws on her experience in change management, process improvement, technology, and operations to translate complex challenges into practical systems and help organizations adapt to an increasingly automated and advisory-focused environment. She is also a frequent speaker on change management, firm transformation, and leadership development and has served on the Intuit Partner Council and Karbon Customer Council.
Outside of work, Lisa lives in the North Georgia Mountains with her husband of more than 30 years. She enjoys hiking, exploring local wineries, reading, traveling, and seeking out new experiences, including recent trips to Iceland and Norway.
