MaryEllen Prance is a Partner at Sorren Inc. and a Shareholder at Sorren CPAs, P.C. With extensive experience in the construction industry, MaryEllen brings deep insight that helps clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their business goals. She provides audit, review, and compilation solutions with a concentration in construction contractors, nonprofit organizations, and privately held companies. In addition to assurance work, MaryEllen advises clients on operational improvements, offering recommendations to increase efficiency, strengthen business practices, and evaluate and implement internal control processes. MaryEllen is known for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to balancing strong client relationships with high-quality, timely delivery of engagements. As a member of Sorren’s C&RE Sector Leadership Committee, MaryEllen drives initiatives that strengthen the firm’s services and thought leadership for construction clients.

Outside of work, MaryEllen enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
