Matt Maness, CPA

Matt Maness is a Senior Tax Manager at Sorren with nearly two decades of experience in accounting. He has worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including real estate, construction, natural resources, franchising, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and technology. Matt regularly advises on complex tax matters, including entity structuring, partnership allocations, mergers and acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and Section 704(b) analysis.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and exploring national parks with his family.
