Michael O’Donnell is the Chief Executive Officer at Sorren, where he leads the strategic vision and continued expansion. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Michael brings deep operational expertise across various industries, including business services, outsourcing, manufacturing, and technology. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling Sorren’s national presence and guiding the firm through a new chapter of growth.

Before Sorren, Michael served as CEO of Children’s Dental Health Associates, a DFW Capital Partners portfolio company, where he helped build one of the leading pediatric dental platforms in the country. He has also held leadership and advisory roles across several other DFW portfolio companies, including Keane (unclaimed property solutions), VersaTech Consulting (IT staffing), and Nurses 24/7 (medical staffing). His background also includes senior operating roles at The Ultimate Corp., Wechsler Coffee, Sara Lee Corporation, Eastek Corporation, and the Food & Beverage Information Exchange.

Michael began his career in audit at Deloitte, bringing a strong foundation in financial oversight, business transformation, and private equity collaboration. A key partner to Sorren’s lead investor, DFW Capital Partners, he has played a vital role in accelerating the firm’s strategy and delivering measurable results.
