Michele Shockley is a Principal at Sorren with nearly two decades of experience providing assurance services to private companies across a range of industries. Since joining SBF in 2007, she has specialized in audits of employee benefit plans and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) fund partnerships, while continuing to serve clients in manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, and nonprofit sectors.

Michele currently serves as the audit engagement partner for more than 75 LIHTC fund partnership audits, employee benefit plan audits, and a consolidated audit of a telecommunications entity. Her clients appreciate her depth of technical expertise and her ability to lead complex engagements with clarity and precision. She is known for her consistent focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and meaningful client service.
