With more than 15 years of marketing experience, she specializes in connecting marketing strategy with organizational objectives, helping partners and service line leaders strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. Rachael serves as a key connector across the firm, bringing together stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business development efforts to deliver coordinated, client-focused marketing strategies.
Throughout her career, Rachael has developed expertise in content marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, campaign planning and execution, event planning, association management, contract management, and marketing research. Her experience serving healthcare organizations spans the full continuum of care, from independent healthcare providers with approximately $1 million in revenue to complex, multi-billion-dollar health systems operating across multiple regions of the United States. She is passionate about helping organizations understand the value Sorren brings and creating meaningful connections that position clients for long-term success. Her work is guided by collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering marketing initiatives that create measurable business impact.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys following the Green Bay Packers and New York Yankees and was a collegiate track and field athlete, competing as a heptathlete. She is passionate about building relationships, both professionally and personally.
