Sharron Larrimore

Sharon Larrimore is a Director in Sorren’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) department, based in Baltimore, Maryland, where she provides accounting and advisory support for clients in the real estate industry. With 26 years of experience leading accounting teams in real estate development and property management, Sharon works closely with organizations overseeing large residential and commercial portfolios, including approximately 3,000 residential units and nearly 1 million square feet of commercial property. She helps clients strengthen financial operations, understand their business performance, and navigate the accounting needs that come with complex real estate portfolios.

Throughout her career, Sharon has built deep knowledge of the operational and financial challenges facing property management and real estate development organizations. She is known for her attention to detail and practical problem-solving, including identifying local government overcharges that ultimately resulted in approximately $180,000 being recovered for a client. Sharon enjoys learning how her clients’ businesses operate and uses that understanding to provide thoughtful accounting support and identify opportunities to improve financial processes and outcomes.

A Baltimore native, Sharon brings strong local roots and extensive real estate experience to the Sorren team. Outside of work, she enjoys golf and is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. She also played soccer and softball in high school and credits her father as an important influence in her life for his strength, intelligence, and unwavering support.
