William Roeser is a Partner at Sorren, Inc. and Shareholder of Sorren CPAs, P.C.. He is a nationally recognized advisor in business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate tax strategy. With over 25 years of experience, Bill has supported hundreds of successful transactions nationwide, representing both buyers and sellers through complex deal structures and strategic negotiations. His work spans corporate tax planning, succession strategies, and business consulting, with a focus on helping clients make high-impact financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Earlier in his career, Bill served in management at Ernst & Young, LLP. He has also provided expert witness testimony in the areas of business valuation and corporate taxation. Bill brings a comprehensive perspective to every engagement, and clients regularly turn to him for practical guidance rooted in decades of technical knowledge and firsthand experience. Bill actively supports his community through Rotary International, local museums, and regional art galleries.
