Sorren is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the Growth Accelerator Award at Rightworks’ RightNOW26 Conference held May 18-20, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. The award recognizes firms that are successfully leveraging technology to scale operations, strengthen client service, and support long-term growth.
The recognition reflects Sorren’s continued investment in building a modern, integrated firm that combines national expertise with the personal relationships clients value most. As the firm continues to grow, technology remains a critical part of delivering a more connected experience across service lines, offices, and client engagements.
“We believe technology should create more opportunities for meaningful client relationships—not replace them,” said Jason Kadow, Director of Business Development for Sorren. “This recognition highlights the work our teams have done to build scalable systems that help us operate more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and focus more time on delivering strategic guidance to clients.”
The Rightworks Customer & Partner Impact Awards recognize accounting firms and partners that are setting a new standard for technology adoption, innovation, security, client experience, and growth across the profession. According to Rightworks, the Growth Accelerator Award honors firms using technology to successfully scale and expand their practices.
Industry Leadership at RightNOW26

The award recognition coincided with Sorren’s participation in one of the conference’s featured technology discussions.
On May 20, Kadow served as a panelist in the session: “Integrate. Automate. Accelerate: How Firms of All Sizes Leverage Technology to Free Up Time and Focus on Higher-Value Work.”
The session brought together firm leaders to discuss how accounting and advisory organizations are connecting systems, automating repetitive processes, and using emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to create capacity for more strategic work.
The discussion focused on practical approaches firms can use to:
- Improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual processing
- Strengthen data flow across connected systems
- Evaluate technology implementation risks related to security, access controls, and change management
- Scale operations while maintaining service quality
- Redirect team capacity toward higher-value client advisory work
Kadow joined fellow panelists Caleb Jenkins and Lisa Dionisio in sharing lessons learned, implementation strategies, and real-world examples of how firms are building technology ecosystems that support sustainable growth.
The themes of the session closely mirror Sorren’s broader approach to innovation: using technology intentionally to create clarity, improve decision-making, and strengthen the client experience.
