Renae Davis is a Partner at Sorren, bringing more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies across the western U.S. Her work spans startups to Fortune 5 companies, with deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, and project management for domestic and multinational corporations. Prior to joining KDP in 2022, Renae spent 15 years at Ernst & Young, where she supported clients in industries including retail, consumer products, technology, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, and construction. As a tax partner, she helped lead the Portland office through significant growth and was entrusted with managing some of the firm’s largest accounts. Renae specializes in tax strategies involving research credits, accounting methods, inventory planning, and the foreign-derived intangible income deduction (FDII). She is known for her collaborative style, practical insight, and ability to guide clients through evolving tax challenges with clarity and confidence.

Originally from Oregon, Renae enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and discovering local food and wine in her current home of Boise.
