Rory Tosh is a Director at Sorren with more than three decades of experience advising closely held businesses and corporations on complex tax, accounting, and compliance matters. Known for his deep understanding of multi-state taxation and strategic business planning, Rory works closely with clients in the automotive, retail, and medical sectors, especially those operating across multiple states and navigating sophisticated business structures. Rory brings a unique combination of public and private experience to his role. His practical approach to tax strategy, combined with his financial licensing and regulatory insight, makes him a valued partner for organizations facing evolving economic or compliance challenges. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as insurance licenses in Oregon, California, and Washington.

Rory is also an active member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, where he contributes to the Taxation Strategy Committee. A lifelong Rogue Valley resident, Rory graduated summa cum laude from Southern Oregon University and was named Accounting Student of the Year. He previously interned with the Oregon Secretary of State Division of Audits and has remained committed to professional growth and industry leadership throughout his career. Outside of work, Rory enjoys cycling, tennis, and playing music, especially the guitar, harmonica, and banjo.
